RCG offers three tiers of service, each available at a fixed cost, so you can plan your IT budget in advance with no unpleasant surprises. 

• Tier 1 is ideal for a business with in-house IT personnel.  RCG gives you the ability to control every PC in your organization from one location, a complete PC audit and inventory system, the ability to manage patches and updates and much more.  RCG will setup an account and provide training to get your IT personnel started. This tier is $5/month per PC.
• Tier 2 is ideal for a business needing IT support at a low fixed cost.  RCG provides automatic patch and update management, basic system monitoring for performance issues and unwanted application changes or installs and remote control ability for quick problem resolution.  This tier allows two support calls per month per PC. This tier is $10/month per PC.
• Tier 3 is ideal for a business looking for a complete IT support package.  RCG provides automatic patch and update management, extensive system monitoring, a comprehensive antivirus and security solution and remote control for quick problem resolution.  This tier allows three support calls per month per PC. This tier is $25/month per PC.

All tiers include monthly executive reports giving a snapshot of your PC and network health status.  Additional detailed reports on everything from disk usage to a complete PC inventory are available upon request.
